Change in management of Cargo Connexion Oy | | 01-02-2007 | Dear partners and colleagues,
As of February first 2007, Mr. Rene Hooijmaijers is no longer working with Cargo Connexion Oy. After two years in the company he decided to move on. We thank Rene for his contribution given to Cargo connexion and wish him success in his new job.
The position of Director of Cargo Connexion will be resumed again by Mr. Jan van den Wildenberg effective immediately. All other functions in Helsinki and in Loviisa remain unchanged.

| Name change Oosterom to Cargo Connexion | | 11-03-2005 | Dear business partner,
Since our establishment in 1994 we have been working very successfully under the name of Oosterom & Zoon Finland Oy. During these years J. Oosterom & Zoon B.V., Rotterdam, the Netherlands and Containerships Group, Helsinki, Finland co-operated in a the joint venture.
In December 2004, Container Finance has taken over the shares from J. Oosterom & Zoon B.V., which makes us a full daughter of Container Finance.
By this our long-standing relation with our owners in the Netherlands has come to an end. We wish to thank J. Oosterom & Zoon B.V., Rotterdam for supporting us through the past years.
We also feel that the full ownership by Container Finance will strengthen our company and our company's future.
As per 28-02-2005, the name Oosterom & Zoon Finland Oy has been transformed to :Cargo Connexion Oy.
As a consequence of the above we will transfer all our expressions from Oosterom into Cargo Connexion.
We would like to stress that the strategy and business of the company will stay the same, as well as the services we provide to you. We rely on the fact that you will continue to trust the activities we fulfill for you, as before.
